Captain's Draft uses the minimum needed to work and to understand how the game is played. None of it identifies you publicly beyond the nickname you choose yourself.
Progress and preferences (local storage)
Stores your save, squad, prestige and sound/accessibility settings in the browser itself. Without it the game restarts from scratch on every visit.
Cookie notice dismissed (local storage)
Records that you already read the notice bar, so it does not reappear on this device.
Login session
If you create an account, the session token is stored to keep you signed in and sync your save to the cloud. It is removed when you sign out.
Usage metrics and ad measurement (Google)
Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) measure visited pages and game events in aggregated reports, and the Google Ads tag records when a visitor arriving from an ad starts a match. In regions that require consent, this only happens if you accept in the cookie notice.
How to clear it
In your browser settings, delete cookies and site data for www.captainsdraft.com. That also removes locally saved progress — create an account first if you want to keep your season. You can also block analytics cookies through the browser or an extension.
