1. Acceptance
By using Captain's Draft you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
2. The service
Captain's Draft is a free single-player football roguelite played in the browser. We may change, pause or discontinue features, including leaderboards, the gallery and cloud sync.
3. Fictional content
All Captains, athletes, teams, competitions, crests and names are fictional creations. There is no affiliation, sponsorship or association with any real club, athlete, league, federation or brand. Any resemblance is coincidental.
4. Account and acceptable use
Your account is personal and you are responsible for activity on it. The following is prohibited: tampering with saves or requests to inflate scores, automating the game, trying to bypass technical limits, submitting illegal, offensive or third-party content in feedback or nicknames, or disrupting the service. We may remove scores, publications and accounts that break these rules.
5. Content you submit
By publishing a nickname, champions in the gallery or feedback, you allow us to display that content inside the game. You remain responsible for what you submit.
6. Intellectual property
The code, art, texts, visual identity and game rules belong to DMK, Lda. You may play and share links and screenshots; you may not copy, resell or redistribute the game assets without permission.
7. Progress and data loss
Local progress depends on your browser storage: clearing site data, using private mode or switching device can erase it. We recommend creating an account to sync. We do not guarantee recovery of lost progress.
8. Warranties and liability
The game is provided "as is", with no guarantee of continuous availability or freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use or unavailability of the service.
